Lose the Back Pain - Stop Lower Back Pain

Lose the Back Pain - Stop Lower Back Pain

The core purpose here is to return your back to it's natural pain-free state, and to help it become stronger and healthier than it ever was before.

Yes, Relief can finally be yours. Here's how...

1] Reset & Re-align your spine with basic inversion therapy.

Among the primary causes of lower back pain is spinal compression. This occurs when the discs of the spine squish together from too much pressure, an injury, lack of muscles strength, or imbalanced muscles, poor nutrition, or some combination of the above.

Inversion therapy is a type of treatMent that involves gently re-aligning your spine by gradually hanging upside down, thus allowing gravity to take care of the work by naturally and easily pulling your spinal muscles back into place.

Not only is this very effective, it feels great and is very easy to do. It is the same or similar effect as "Vax-D" therapy, only you do not have to spend thousands of Dollars.

A simple inversion table costs less than an Xbox or Nintendo Wii video game system.

It's also a fixed one-time cost. You buy the table and then just use it for free whenever you need it. Most tables are very compact and easy to fit into the average living room. You need to make sure you get a really good one, however, or your lower back pain could get worse.

2] Stretch your lower back muscles.

With stress and age, and lack of use, and poor nutrition, muscles (especially lower back muscles) become tense, worn out, knotted, and bunched together. So they must be stretched so as to return to the normal healthy length that all muscle fibers are supposed to have.

The lower back is unique in that it receives even more pressure than perhaps any other muscle group for most people.

So do a simple hip stretch right now:
* Standing shoulder width apart and tilting all the way to one side (or as far as you can) with your hands in the Air. Then do this on the other side.
* Next, squat down and hold your arms out in front of you.
* Then sit on the floor and try to stretch your legs out in front of you.

Do these as best as you can without straining too much. You ought to feel a nice even stretch and only mild "good" pain. If this is too difficult or hurts, stop, rest, drink water, breathe, and try again in a few minutes.

3] Strengthen your muscles. After stretching, your lower back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can support your body weight without any hassle. Once your lower back muscles are stronger than the weight of your torso, you will feel no pain.

4] you must do at home exercises to continue healing and maintain your pain free state.

If you do not perform simple stretches as part of your routine, your pain will return! If you do the wrong exercises your pain will either not improve at all or get worse!
