Home entertainMent was no longer a passive process. Dish Network subscribers are increasingly able to customize some of the programs they think, interact with what appears on the screen, select the movie they are offered through on-demand services, shop directly from your TV remote control and much more.

Some time ago, Dish Network Satellite TV has introduced a new feature via their ViP622 DVR and ViP722 that can be connected to their hoMenetwork> Ethernet connection or via a HomePlug adapter. With this connection, the user can easily perform online programming the DVR to set the device to receive their programming, even when away from home. It gives them a huge library of movies and other shows on demand access.

The satellite TV provider also has a new website, a portal dishonline.com that allows subscribers to access a range of services such as music and movie downloads is. Through the site,Dish Network subscribers can rent and download movies or TV to buy. The download process immediately, but it certainly gives the user more options.

The option DishTheater houses more than 4,000 different movies and television programs to choose from. After Hours offers a choice DISHmusic adults and is, as the name suggests, a, music downloads and concert service. Ontour is another service that allows subscribers to download a widgetstay abreast of which artists are playing in the local area.

Nanogaming provides real time interaction with live sporting events, award shows, reality TV, and game shows via the viewer's Computer. Of course, the satellite TV provider still has GamePlay HD available on channel 9485 for those with a series gaming need.

International programming, news, weather, sports and even a TV search function to find programming is available through the site as well.
